First time visitors

The first thing you need to do is download and install Adobe® Reader®.
Our e-Patterns require that you have Adobe® Reader® installed on your computer before you click on any links to download your e-Patterns. Without this FREE software you will not be able to view your downloaded e-Patterns.

Please note: If you have previously purchased e-Patterns using Adobe eBook Reader, you will need to migrate your e-Patterns after upgrading to Adobe Reader.

Shop for e-Patterns.
To start shopping for e-Patterns, choose one of the options in the main navigation bar on our home page. You can search by keyword, choose a category or choose a brand. If you need assistance while shopping, see our list of frequently asked questions.

Download your e-Patterns.
Once you have selected your e-Patterns, click on "Check out here" in your cart to complete your purchase and send your order through our secure server.

After your payment is processed and approved, our fulfillment server will automatically generate a "receipt" page for you (this happens very quickly; you may not even notice any delay.) Print this "receipt" page as it contains your transaction confirmation number and is the only record of your credit card transaction.

Our server sends a confirmation message to you at the e-mail address you provided on the check out form. This confirmation will contain the all-important links making it possible for you to download your e-Patterns. You simply click on the link, and the e-Pattern(s) will begin to download. For this reason, it is very important that you enter your correct e-mail address in the check out information!
